Vegan grill platter for two - Edit
Such a great vegan spot in Cusco!! Will definitely be returning. The vegan grill platter for two is not for the faint of heart – so full after but it was worth it and delicious.

Best food in Cusco! - Edit
I've tried quite a few places in Cusco but this was the best. We had the set lunch menu and it was such excellent value for 18 soles. There were such unique flavours and original dishes like tika style seiten and stuffed potatoes with creole sauce. Decor and ambience were very cool too.

Slow service - Edit
After ordering our food which was only a soup for starter and a main course. There was other people turning up way after us and getting there starter and main course before we had anything. Was not too pleased at all as was starving.

Really outstanding dishes. Very friendly staff, nice atmosphere. It’s not the cheapest obviously, but you get what you pay for. Absolutely above any other vegan meal I’ve had in Cusco, so definitely worth it. Try the Tacu Tacu! FYI, they took Visa when we went.

Best vegan in Cusco - Edit
Being vegan isn’t always easy when you are travelling. In Cusco we were lucky to find several vegan restaurants or restaurants that offered a set of vegan options.
Read moreGreen Point was by far one of the best vegan restaurants I have tried during my entire world tour. Their food is creative, healthy, and delicious ! Most of their fruits and veggies come from their farm and they also have a cute little bakery were you can buy pastries, homemade breads, focaccias and amaaazing banana breads or cookies.
The gluten free cookie made me addicted.
On the menu I would definitely recommend the sushis, the panzottis and the pad Thai! Furthermore, the team treats the clients like family, everyone is so nice and helpful ! They also serve a delicious lunch for 18 soles that includes a salad bar, a soup, a main course, a desert and a drink. Even if you aren’t vegan I would highly recommend to visit this place!
If you become a fan like me, they also have a yoga studio called evergreen and a hostel called the Green Bear
Pros: Best vegan food ever , Very nice staff, Good prices
Cons: The light is too bright at night

#1 Vegan Restaurant Cusco - Edit
There's a reason this place is top rated in Cusco! We put off coming here because we usually do not spend this much money eating out, but in my opinion, it's worth the splurge. We came for lunch but weren't aware of the lunch menu. After we ordered, my fiancé was able to change his meal to the menu. I ordered the raw vegan pizza since I've never tried one before and was looking forward to it. The service here was great and they really went above and beyond! We were offered a complementary appetizer and they gave me a free juice and dessert since my partner had the menu and it came with but I didn't. It was unexpected and very sweet of them! The pizza was amazing, I loved it! The only thing I didn't like was that there was this amazing pesto sauce in the center of the pizza that I didn't diecover until I got to my last slice. Would have liked to enjoy it on all the slices! My fiancés menu plate was okay. The seitan was overly crispy and compared to the other same menu plates that came out, it lacked aesthetic appeal. The dessert was amazing! We asked if we could bring our dogs and they said yes. Overall, a really nice place with good service and great vegan food. My heart was happy and I am looking forward to visiting again!

Wonderful surprise - Edit
The service was amazing! They were so attentive and polite. The food’s presentation was beautiful! We ended up coming here for lunch and liked it so much we came back for dinner the same day. For lunch I had the daily special which was 18 soles. It consisted of a salad, soup, main dish (you could pick from 2) and dessert. For dinner I had tacos...so yummy and filling! Most of the food was pretty wonderful, there were only a few items I wasn’t a fan of. The fried sushi roll was a bit bland and the tiramisu had a unique taste. I

A total must! - Edit
We have eaten at green point at least 6 times and everything was soooo tasty and well presented! What we have enjoyed the most is that we have been able to enjoy the world famous Peruvian food but in its vegan form! The staff is absolutely adorable! If you have the time take at least one of the cooking classes they offer, you won’t regret it! The classes last about 3 hours and then you get to eat the food you have just cooked in the restaurant area (they also give you a drink to go with it). I have been vegan for over 20 years and this restaurant offers some of the tastiest food I have ever had!

Green and delicious - Edit
During my short visit to Cuzco I went to Green Point 3 times.
Read moreTheir large menu features many international dishes, all of them so mouthwatering that it makes it hard to decide. Pad Thai, tacos, fried rice, pasta dishes, soups... All of the dishes are fresh and delicious and more filling than they appear. Great for groups (even though it might take a little to get a table) because you will want to try everything!
Their staff is super friendly and communicative and will happily answer questions.
At lunch time they offer a lunch menu for only 15 Soles which includes a glass of water or juice, a salad from the salad buffet, a soup, a main dish (you can chose one out of two) and a dessert. Filling, healthy, relatively cheap and very, very satisfying!
Their breakfast menu offers both sweet and salty options, accompanied by juice, tea or coffee.
They are busy at lunch / dinner time, so you might have to wait but it's worth it! Green Point is definitely one of my favourite vegan restaurants worldwide and I highly recommend it. Next door they have a green shop where they even sell their desserts in jars.
Pros: Great Menu, Friendly staff, Lunch menu
Cons: Queue (sometimes)

Green Point is an excellent restaurant, the staff are very friendly and professional. The atmosphere is great with a choice of 2 dining areas. The food is beyond delicious. Good, but had higher expectations - Edit
I went here twice on a recent trip to Cusco. It's certainly one of the nicer places we went on our trip in Peru, but given the really high ratings, I had higher expectations for the food itself. It was good, but not the best food we had, and we tried a variety of dishes.
Read moreFirst, our servers brought out an appetizer (which they give everyone, really nice!) of grilled bread and olives and roasted tomatoes. Much appreciated! We also order a couple of different appetizers - the ceviche sampler and the dumplings. The ceviches came out in three different varieties and were beautifully presented. I really enjoyed them, but they were very spicy (which I was fine with, but my boyfriend struggled to eat them!). The dumplings were okay, but kind of undercooked and doughy.
We tried the vegan grilled sampler for two, which comes out on a sizzling cast iron platter. It is a LOT of food, and it was very good. It includes tons of veggies, roasted potatoes, skewers of more veggies, grilled oranges, and some seitan chorizo. The chorizo was really good, and I wished there was more of it! We really enjoyed this dish and could not even come close to finishing it.
On another visit, we tried the peruvian stir fry and the ravioli. The ravioli were okay - we both agreed it was very good but we've had better vegan ravioli. The stir fry was very good and including a lot of veggies and fries (typical Peruvian style).
This is one of the more expensive places to go in Cusco, but in USD it's still really affordable, most entrees being under $10. The cocktails with kombucha were REALLY good (highly recommend the one with tomatoes and basil!). The pisco sour I had was also amazing and the first vegan one I had with the frothy top.
Overall I'd say this place is good, but the taste of the food doesn't quite meet the quality of the presentation and ambiance. I'd say to definitely check it out while in Cusco, but it might not be as good as some other places you've been, depending on where you're from.
Pros: All vegan, Affordable, Great ambiance

Very Good - Edit
We went to Green Point twice during our visit to Cusco. The food was very good. I think a lot of emphasis is place on fresh food there, I don't think that mock products are very big there, like seitan or other faux meats, or even tofu, all of our food seemed to be made from veggies and fruit on hand. We had the platter for two which was a staggering amount of food, I ordered the ceviche which was very hot (but honestly didn't care for it that much) and I had some sort of filled pasta dish that was intended to be reminiscent of cheese. The wait staff was very friendly, and while it was very busy on both nights we went, service was prompt. We also had an American waitress and an Australian waitress the nights we went, so communication was very easy. Overall I would recommend this as a place to go.
Read moreMy criticisms are pretty minor; the food was good for sure, but I wasn't blown away. They give you a bruschetta starter with every meal, but to me its like they were trying to get rid of their old bread, while it was toasted I still think it was stale. The waitress recommended the actual bruschetta on the second night, but we knew that dish was already going to come, so why would we ever order the actual bruschetta? The seitan that came with the platter for two was pretty lackluster, disappointing when it was the only non straight vegetable or fruit part of the dish.
Pisco sour was exellent!
Pros: Ambience, Speedy Service, Staff courteousness
Cons: Food looks fantastic, but not mindblowing

Fabulous Food! - Edit
This place is simply amazing! The food is all vegan and totally delicious. They have a large selection of Peruvian and other cuisine which is served in large portions. I would say that the food is on a level with high end restaurants with exquisite flavours and tastes. The staff are knowledgable and very helpful and will talk you through the menu and help you choose. But seriously, although I only ate here twice, I am convinced that you would not be disappointed with anything on their very extensive menu. They also provide cookery classes to teach people about vegan food and nutrition. This restaurant is one of the best restaurants I have ever eaten in - in my life! Can't praise it highly enough.
