Vegan Greek Food ! - Edit
A wholesome greek Food Truck tucked into a tiny pawn shop parking lot in Lindon, right off the highway. I messaged the owner, and they said that there is no cross contamination, and that you can make a vegan gyro by ordering the “Veggie” or “Falafel” with no Feta, and with hummus instead of tzatziki.
Read moreI was told the Salads and Rice can be made vegan as well.
It was $8 for a quite small gyro, which is a lot. There were no potatoes or fries like some gyros do [which is very very good] But for being essentially the only vegan Greek food in Utah aside from Spitz, it was really really good, just expensive for the portion. The pita is so soft and nice. Very good
