I don’t get the hype if I wanted gardein products I could just buy them at the grocery store for half the price. Definitely willing to give it another try because it wasn’t awful but it wasn’t great.

Good spot, the owner is great and has amazing energy. She's very knowledgeable about veganism and we had a great conversation. Definitely will stop by every time I'm in NY. A lot more on the menu that I wanted to try, but didn't have time. Had the sliders and wasn't disappointed at all.

Ordered the souls bowl w Chikn, sweet potatoes, kale, Mac n chz. Omg it was so delicious! The lightly fried Chikn was so tender and the Mac n chz had a nice kick to it. Everything was well seasoned. Will definitely be back.

Great little spot. Don't be fooled by its humble decor but the food was sensational. The tofu scrambled eggs, potatoes and Kale were insanely flavourful. Great breakfast and lunch spot.

Visiting from Toronto, Ontario and I must admit the food was great! I had high expectations as we have plenty of options back home, I was not disappointed! I had their Chicken bowl which was well spiced and full of flavour! My girlfriend had their Crab cake sliders which packed a nice spicy punch!

My girlfriend had the Chicken tacos (I stole one) which was light and fresh with a nice spiciness , we assumed it came with two tacos but were amazed to find four - bonus. We shared the Nacho fries - this alone was worth a revisit. I had the Soul bowl.. CAN YOU SAY COMFORT FOOD? The Mac and cheese was creamy and didn’t taste like store bought cheese you’d find in the store, sweet potatoes had a silky candy maple flavour and the seitan nuggets were delish!
Will be back when I visit again 100%

Food was off the chain! Came all the way from NJ JUST TO WITNESS THIS GEM. Hopefully they expand soon it’s well deserved. Everything was so good I had the MAC & Cheese & the spicy bowl, and the meatballs everything was flavorful. That’s what I’m big on is FLAVOR! It tasted like actual food and not bland or grassy.

I want to love Greedi Vegan because I’m glad it opened and it seems to be doing well. The staff is generally very warm and welcoming, which is great. The place itself is clean. It’s the food that puzzles me. As another reviewer mentioned, the faux-chicken is frozen, industrially made stuff that you can buy at Whole Foods. I’ve ordered several bowls that list certain ingredients on the menu (chickpeas or spinach or carrots, for instance) but are nowhere to be found when your order is actually put in front of you. Some of the dishes aren’t seasoned well or seem to be dependent on nothing more than an abundance of pepper to add flavor. Every time I go, I leave wishing that the place were better and less expensive.

If you like field roast sausage and tofu scramble and basically vegan comfort breakfast foods, this is the place and they do it well. The pancakes were some of the best vegan ones I've had, with coconut cream on them.

Enjoyed ‘seafood’ tacos and ‘Crab cake’ sliders with the best I’ve had Mac-n-Cheese. Topped off with cheese cake and coconut layer cake. The staff was warm and friendly. I will definitely come again.

Came here for brunch with a friend after a long night out and it was the perfect hangover cure. I had the tofu scramble which was delicious. And not only was the food great, but the owner and the staff was friendly and inviting; they create a lovely atmosphere. I could definitely become a regular here. 😊

This is a very welcoming spot. I had the Soul Bowl with Mac n Goodness, Quinoa breaded Chkn, sweet potatoes, and kale. It was clean, filling, and decadently delicious without being heavy. Part of what makes this place unique is the freshness of the comfort food, and the overly welcoming and homey vibes. I will certainly be back again.

I’d wanted to try Greedi Vegan for a while, but a bit far from my neighborhood; but got the chance passing through recently and well worth the detour. Food (plantains and spice bowl) were excellent and had leftover for lunch next day. Owner was there and so sweet and caring. I want her to have a successful place. She made me feel cared for and I even got a $5 off my next visit to thank me for my first. Recommend!

One of my new favorite places in Brooklyn, I so wish I lived a bit closer so I could visit more often! The owner is incredibly friendly and informative and the entire staff is helpful and upbeat. The food is awesome! I absolutely love the Soul Bowl (those sweet potatoes!!!!). Service is fast and they deliver. Definitely a must when in Brooklyn.

This was hands down the best place I've been to in Brooklyn. The Greedi Soul Bowl comes with Mac and Cheese, Kale, Fried Chicken AND sweet potato, it was two portions literally. Price is the same as in other vegan places in NYC. Lovely owner who even had time to do smalltalk while preparing food in this busy place. The bowl might not look super Instagram-famous like but the taste is heavenly! Highly recommend.

Lovely little place serving delicious meals. I had the 3 tacos and decided I was more hungry and tried the soul bowl! It was good and the ‘chicken’ was amazing! Even my two non-vegan girlfriends was digging the food! And they are sometimes hard to impress! Such friendly and sweet staff😄Try it! Still craving the ‘chicken’ tacos.
