Delicious & cheap - Edit
Everything can be made vegan. Options include bahn mi, rice paper rolls, noodle salad (delicious) & pho.
Very cheap & staff are lovely
Some indoor & outdoor seating available
Pros: cheap, lots of options, delicious
Cons: limited seating in peak times, not open for dinner

Serves awesome Vietnamese coffee done in traditional manner. Can be done with soy, too. Very accommodating owners.
