Best food experience in Goa - Edit
Had the best Goan dinner experience here, very beautiful and green open-air premise, owner was super kind, welcoming and caring, and even though they had a power shortage, plenty of foods and drinks were still available. We had the methi matar malai (incredibly creamy and yum) with brown rice and salad, my partner had the pad thai (super good, I think they make their own kind of vegan fish sauce) and the gluten-free dim sum were very good as well, they come with a Nepalese-style tomato chutney which I loved a lot. The juices were incredible and I am still sad that we missed out on that chocolate-mousse cake because we were just too full for dessert. We had a lovely chat with the owner who inquired about our spice-tolerance, adjusted fan and incense against mosquitos and told us about the in-house yoga retreat and class (only available until March). Check with google maps if the kind owners are on vacation, we were super lucky to have visited on their last day before their three week holiday. All in all amazing experience, can whole-heartedly recommend a visit to this wonderful place in Anjuna.

Delicious & fully vegan! - Edit
We couldn’t resist going back to Gratitude multiple times while we stayed in Anjuna! The vibe and the food are amazing! After going to quite a few places claiming to be fully vegan in Goa but serving dairy products, it was really nice to go to one that is 100% vegan! We were avid buyers of the apple caramel cake and the soy masala chai! Also loved the tempeh curry and the açaí smoothie bowl! If you don’t mind spending a bit more on food, then Gratitude is a must!

Healthy vegan spot in Anjuna - Edit
The food here is delicious - recommend the soups and the methi malai curry - so creamy and delicious. 90% of the menu is gluten free and they offer plenty of Jain options without onion or garlic. Brown rice and quinoa is used - and the healthiness of the food does not take away from any of the taste. The owner and staff are lovely - when we enquired about getting a taxi to a bar after dinner, the owner insisted on just giving us a lift there himself - he is so kind.

Cozy spot with delicious vegan food! - Edit
Tucked away in North Goa, this vegan gem of a place will stay in my memory for serving up the BEST dimsum I have ever eaten! Every other item we ordered was delicious and fresh -- the pad thai (appears to be a popular item on their menu, with good reason), quinoa sushi rolls (a unique, healthier take on sushi rolls) and the masala chai warmed us up after we made our way here in the rains. The vibe was minimalistic and earthy, and the service was attentive and friendly. I wish we lived closer so we could eat here more often!

Old school vegan food - Edit
The food here is definitely the old school vegan cuisine some of us grew up with - very earthy and natural (like at Bean Me Up). The setting is nice and relaxing. A great option for people looking for natural and homestyle vegan cooking.

Obsessed - Edit
It’s not easy to find vegan food in India. When I arrived in Goa and found gratitude, I was so happy. Then when I tried the food, I was even happier. I ate there almost every day for the 3 weeks I was visiting. I think I tried everything on the menu, and loved all of it. If you’re a plant based eater and visiting Goa, I highly recommend visiting Gratitude!

Beautiful setting and delicious food! - Edit
Gratitude Cafe opened just before Christmas - perfect timing for us!
Read moreThis new vegan venue is partnered with Bean Me Up, a vegan favourite in nearby Vagator, where we were lucky enough to be staying for almost two weeks!
Gratitude’s outdoor space is beautiful, with lush greenery and plenty of shade, and they have a fabulous menu! The Korean Ramen Soup was a particular favourite - so full of flavour - and the chocolate mousse cake was delicious.
The menu caters for gluten-free guests too, including the waffles which were surprisingly light.
An amazing addition to the Goan vegan scene!
