Many vegan options - Edit
So many vegan options and they also have fresh produce and a bulk section. They make muffins and cookies every day in store which are delicious and many of them are vegan (and labelled as such). They also have a hot food bar during the day and there are usually a couple of vegan items there.

Lots of vegan options for breads, cheese, yogurts, pizza, perogies, desserts!!

Pros: Lots of vegan options , Love their vegan and gluten free breads
Cons: Not the cheapest, but worth it.
