Good food, good people - Edit
This is a little deli style restaurant. Food to go or eat in. We had a few dinner plates and tried the meatloaf, Mac and cheese, greens, black eyed peas, sweet potatoes, and jerk chicken. The seasoning is awesome without too much salt and oil. And oh my god, the desserts. Raw brownie and strawberry cheese pie.
Go. Support this place. The people running it were the warmest and most pleasant people that we encountered in our four days in Chicago and the food was fantastic!

I've been coming here since 2013, deserts are delicious, food is exactly as the title states and staff is friendly. Highly recommended!
