Read moreI like dishes with many different flavours to try and totally loved the edible flowers (violets)🌸. The flavourful curries went perfectly with the chapati🫓.
They have many gluten-free en vegan options. I was served the gluten option on accident. The veggies fried in chickpea batter were a bit too oily for my taste.
I recommend sitting in the front of the restaurant at the pillow corner, it was very comfortable🛌. #Veganuary

All the food was pretty expensive and we received tiny portions of not so great food. The costumer service was quite slow, but the atmosphere is really lovely. Visited again later and they seemed to have improved a lot!

Freshly prepared food. Clean unfussy flavours and a friendly-if tightly packed-atmosphere. The Flavours of India thali selection vary depending on the day. Great desserts. The mix of Mexican and Indian menu options can be disorientating but I have stuck with Indian and not been disappointed after several visits

Curry, pizza, Mexican...if that sounds like one of those bad takeaways that sell everything and do nothing well, think again. Every dish is lovely and it means everyone will find something they fancy. The only problem is deciding. Lovely staff and a great atmosphere too.

We discovered this place a couple of years ago and it was so good we ate here a lot during our stay. The food was fantastic, and both the staff and atmosphere were really something very special.

Menu is smaller and more expensive?
Maybe it’s changed hands since then?
Maybe it’s busier?
Definitely still worth a visit if you’ve not been before. Best to make a reservation.

This is the place to go if you go to Amsterdam as a vegan! It’s such a cool place to eat, with awesome paintings painted directly on the wall, and even a cute «japanese tea table» corner surrounded by a couch which looks cosy to sit in. I don’t think my words can explain the corner, you’ll just have to see it for yourselves. The food is awesome, and the staff was lovely. I’ve been there both my visits to Amsterdam.

My friend and I came here on a whim, and little did we know it would be the best meal we had in Amsterdam. Not only was it one of the most beautiful looking restaurants I’ve ever been in, but everything was so fresh and delicious that we were speechless. This is a must try.

We were really looking forward to our dinner here but were extremely disappointed with the whole experience. The waitresses didn't seem organised and service was very, very slow, not overly friendly either.
Read moreAfter ordering pizza with vegan cheese I was informed they were out of cheese, the staff didn't seem sure of other vegan options so I went with two appetizers - flatbread with dips and tempura. They were tasty enough but not ideal. My friend ordered a pizza but was not impressed with it.
I was hoping to end the meal with a dessert but only some were vegan and was told there was no vegan dessert special, so that didn't leave much choice.
Most tables seemed frustrated with the service but other dishes looked nice, just not very vegan friendly!

Beautifully presented food and swift services. We had the mushroom pizza and Indian curry along with rice paper rolls. Everything tasted fresh and the chai tea is dreamy and creamy! A must for anyone looking for real food.

it's often very busy so things take long, but it's not a place to go for a quick bite. it's an experience.
the food is very tasty and vibrant.
unfortunately not fully vegan.. they could easily turn it into an amazing fully vegan restaurant!
also the menu is always the same and not THAT big (there is a daily soup and a daily dish) so that could become boring after eating there a few times.

It's located in a trendy street, so I could kill time by window shopping at shops nearby. Exotic atmosphere with smell of incense and ethnic decorations. We went at 5pm but the the place became full quickly. I saw babies but didn't see any high chairs. Friendly staff, but the service was rather slow so allow plenty of time to attract attention of the staff. The food was nice, especially if you are a curry lover.
