Good options for a hotel, clearly marked

Full vegan breakfast menu, not all items were available on the day but could be requested. Bar menu has a couple of vegan options listed, I had the thai curry with butternut squash. I think the main restaurant has a separate vegan menu but I only stayed 1 night so didn't try this.
