Best Rocky Road! - Edit
My son and I had hot chocolate and cakes, didn’t have a meal. Lovely service, yummy vegan brownie and the best vegan rocky road I’ve ever had! Hot chocolate was a bit lacking in flavour so maybe need to ask for a strong one (be sure to ask for the vegan one as they have another hot chocolate powder which isn’t vegan).

Like the other reviews say there are only a few vegan options here but if you ask they can "veganise" much of the menu for you.

Only a couple of vegan options. - Edit
This is definitely one for the vegos but not vegans. On the day I went they had two salads that I could choose from and everything else on the menu contained either eggs or dairy, with no options to remove those things from those dishes. Would be great to stop for a coffee as the place has great atmosphere.

Needs more vegan options - Edit
When I looked at the menu, most of the items contained egg, cheese or sour cream and they weren’t vegan substitutes. I had soup which was vegan (they had to check first) and very tasty but I just think if their menu was a bit more vegan friendly I’d be inclined to make a special trip for it. I looked in the cake cabinet and i couldn’t see anything that was vegan. If you’re vegan, unless you’re in the area, I’d suggest giving it a miss. It’s just odd going to a vegetarian cafe with so few vegan options.

Great cafe serving vegetarian and vegan options, they often have nice soups and salad specials in the fridge. Staff will veganise dishes where possible. Sometimes on a weekend there might be vegan cake option but you have to get in quick.

Open til 4 but no food from 2, and nothing available in the cabinets is vegan except salad.

Read moreToo much time to organise a vegan dish. Yes things can be omitted from meals but really no vegan meal, once omitted there is no replacement and price is the same plus if you would like to add extras to replace egg, there's a fee.
Coffee great when it's great.

Good honest vegetarian food at reasonable prices.The coffee is quite good with a choice of milks.Great salads,just check with the friendly and informative staff as some may contain non vegan mayo or white cheese.

Seems very popular with the local surf industry crowd and can get quite busy at times.Great music and nice chill vibe.
