need more vegan options

Giligan’s isn’t a vegan restaurant, but the staff were very helpful in guiding me toward the best plant-based choices on the menu. They recommended the tofu and chop suey, both of which were prepared without meat, and I also ordered the garlic rice.

The flavors were good overall, though everything leaned a bit on the salty side. Still, I appreciated the staff’s willingness to help modify dishes and clearly explain what could be made vegan.
