Super happy that I went here off of the recommendation from a vegetarian friend.
Read moreThe first night (dinner), it was packed, and I had the sampler platter of traditional food, which I found to be quite similar to Ethiopian food. It was good, filling, and not a bad price.
The next day (lunch), it was very empty, and the manager came to ask me how I'd heard about the restaurant and recommend items to me. Told him I'm vegan, so he recommended the kitcha on a salad. It's SPICY, so be careful, but it was incredibly flavorful, not something I'd ever heard of, and wouldn't have picked it on the menu, because I didn't know what it was. However, it was good. I'd definitely get it again.
Highly recommend going here.
Staff speak English, know which items are vegan, menu is in English.
