The Midway Airport in Chicago has very few vegan options. Thankfully, Gene's Bistro had one item, and it is respectfully good. We each had the Braised Mushroom Bowl; a bit on the salty side, but otherwise very good, and plentiful. Most of the seating is at high counters with bar stools. They also have a bar, although MDW does not appear to lack an abundance of these. This is not a place to eat if your time between planes is tight.
