Deep fried tofu sushi and teriyaki!!! - Edit
The food came out quick. I ordered the CAA roll, a tofu roll, and the deep fried tofu teriyaki. Everything was fresh and delicious. I highly recommend if you’re in the area.

I wandered into Fusion Sushi when an appointment nearby got pushed back thirty minutes and I’m glad I did. The atmosphere is really nice and the food is good. They have several vegan entrees, appetizers, and rolls. I got the fried tofu roll, sweet potato tempura roll, and tofu teriyaki dinner. All were great and it was a lot of food for the price.
