Juice bar with waffles, muesli and soups - Edit
This is a juice bar with waffles, muesli and soups.
Most of the food is just fruit and cereals but they also have waffles and a few (two to three soups) and two or three sandwiches. The soups are not great but better than nothing.
Located straight in the total city center next to the main catheadral.
Very young, friendly and sporty (!) crew.
Excellent smoothies with all types of fruit and "super food berries" and spinach etc.
They do not label themselves vegan or vegetarian but most of the food is.
Since the city of Ulm has hardly any vegan alternatives that are open during daytime on weekdays, this is one of the very few options available.
Pros: juice bar, sporty, friendly personnel, in the city center
Cons: cream in tomato soup...gnnnnn...
