Moist

I love these cake donuts, they are soft and moist. They usually have about 6 different flavors each week, not all of them are great but the majority are. This place is definitely worth checking out. I am sad that they have to close their Edmonton location - you will be missed.

Pros: variety, moist

Worth The Drive

These donuts are worth the drive out to Devon. They change up their donuts every week, but they always 6 donuts total - 3 white based donuts and 3 chocolate based donuts.

The only thing not vegan in the place is their dairy milk for coffee. But, everything else is vegan.

If you like hamburgers, donairs, and fries, then you will be satisfied here. My non-vegan friend liked the place. She had a burger and fries. She said she wouldn't have known it was vegan if I hadn't told her.

Make sure you check their Facebook page or give them a shout before heading there for donuts. We've had a few disappointments when we got their to find them sold out.

I think their prices are fair. Others think they are too high. It depends on how much value you put on delicious homemade and fresh donuts and crave-worthy vegan food.

Fantastic.

Visiting family in town, coming up from California. Happened to run into the owner while buying some groceries in a vegan tshirt. Chatted briefly and was shocked to find they are in town.

Went the next morning. Was packed. Opened at 9am, and by 930 they were at least 15-20 people eating or in line. Waited my turn. Well worth it. [censored] good!

Edit - Jan 2019 - Still damn good. Menu is great. Had the NY Bagel, garlic fries, Poutine, and donair over a few visits. Still damn good!!!

Pros: vegan food

Cons: donuts make you fat... I like donuts...

Amazing!!!

A wonderful family run cafe; you feel the care that goes into the food. The cafe is located in Devon, a small town just outside of Edmonton. Well worth the drive! All food is vegan: the only non-vegan item is milk for coffee. Soy and almond milk are provided at no extra cost! The dill pickle soup was an unexpected delight with perfect dill taste enveloped in a thick chowder. It is paired with the most amazing and unique cornbread donut. I would order the soup to just get my hands on that donut! We also enjoyed the house hummus sandwich on local bagels with homemade mayo! And to top it off we finished with the famous donuts which come in delicious flavours changed daily. We chose orange creamsicle, chocolate earl gray, and blueberry. The only regret was not ordering more! The handmade donuts are a fried cake donut topped with luscious icing and the most moist morsels I've even eaten! They do sell out many days so go early or call ahead!

Excellent donuts when you can get them.

The donuts here are amazing, but you have to get there early. I try and pop in after work around 3pm on weekdays and about 50% of time they are sold out of donuts!

Best donuts around!

This is a small donut cafe located just off Highway 60 in Devon. All the food is vegan, with dairy milk available for coffee. They have 6 flavours of vegan donuts available per day. They also have a limited menu of other items including wraps, pasta salad, dill pickle soup, mac & cheeze and chilli. The donuts are excellent, but the other food items are a bit hit and miss. The pickle soup is fantastic, but loaded with salt. The mac & cheeze comes as a scoop of cooked pasta with an insufficient amount of cheezy sauce over the top that you have to stir together. The chilli is generic. The do get busy on Saturdays so come early and expect to stand in a line up.

Pros: Excellent donuts, Great dill pickle soup

Cons: They need a new lunch menu with some fresh items, About 45 minutes drive outside of the city
