My husband got a birthday certificate for a breakfast meal valid for a few restaurants in Jerusalem. We choose Fresh, one of the few veg friendly options. Yet, when we asked them to adjust the only breakfast option being offered to include vegan items, they refused and offered no alternative besides paying separately for a vegan meal. So instead we enjoyed a nice breakfast at Cafe Cafe, where they accepted the certificate and adjusted their option without hesitation.
