Simple and Good - Edit
This is a great place to go and grab something quick and healthy. It's easy for both vegans and non vegans because there's something for everyone (which is great since I'm the only vegan in my house). I typically get the burrito bowl with rice, extra black beans, lettuce, lime, garlic, corn, and of course guac. Bam.
Pros: good for vegans and non vegans, lots to choose from , healthy choices

Delicious, cheap, vegan option - Edit
Freebirds is a great option for vegans when you're needing a change from Chipotle. There are bowls and various sizes of create-your-own burrito (depending on your hunger level). When I went, they were rolling out a vegan protein: tempeh. I absolutely did not like it, but appreciate the vegan option. Stick with the veggie (with free guacamole) and you're all set.
Pros: Nice vibe, Friendly Staff, Good value
Cons: I didn't like tempeh

Decent vegan option - Edit
We used to eat here if we wanted a burrito and wanted to know it was vegan. Some of the tortillas are vegan, some aren't (inquire at the location). The black beans and rice are vegan. There are a variety of salads - corn salad, fried peppers, etc., to add to your burrito. A decent vegan lunch or dinner.
Pros: vegan tortillas are available, ingredient information is available, tasty
