All dishes are oil free (except granola) and many ingredients are local and organic. No preservatives or additives used ever. We haven’t made it to their stores yet, but we regularly order their family size and individual meals that ship frozen to our homes near Chicago. We LOVE the health benefits of their nutrient-dense plant-based, oil-free offerings. The “no kidding queso” is now a staple when we order and can be used as a dip or drizzled as a topping on the enchiladas and more. The Chili Mac is awesome and so is the Mac by itself. The delicious Plantelloni is their vegan cannelloni and can be ordered in a family size. We like to order enough meals for a week or two at a time to qualify for free shipping and always have a meal ready to heat. We spent Thanksgiving in Florida, so we had their seasonal thanksgiving items shipped to our resort...Worked out great. Also, their customer service is awesome!

nice surprise in an unexpected area - Edit
This is their kitchen located in an industrial area. We showed up late and the staff was still friendly and helpful! Grabbed the mushroom stroganoff for dinner and pumpkin and pecan pancakes for in the morning. All of it very enjoyable!

entirely vegan and almost entirely oil-free takeout restaurant, where you go pick up a pre-made, prepackaged meal, and can either microwave and eat there or bring it with you. perfect for packing lunches or just for a quick dinner. was incredibly delicious and filling.
