Vegan und auch glutenfrei - Edit
Hier gibt’s nicht nur eine große Auswahl für Veganer, sondern man kann auf Wunsch auch glutenfreie Pizza und Pasta erhalten. Im Sommer sitzt man draußen schön im Grünen.

Italienisches Restaurant mit super leckeren veganen Pizze - Edit
Es gab zahlreiche vegane Optionen für alle Gänge und es wurden leckere Ersatzprodukte benutzt, sodass man nicht nur eine "nackte" Pizza serviert bekommt. Das Personal war lieb und die Preise waren mega fair!

Wir haben dieses Restaurant heute durch Zufall entdeckt. Es liegt etwas versteckt, aber ist die Suche wert. Da es gut ausgeschildert ist, findet man den Weg auch gut. Es gibt 7 vegane Pizzen (mit Simply V Streugenuss oder Bedda Hirte als Käseoptionen) und 3 Pastagerichte. Zudem können auch die anderen Pizzen gegen Aufpreis mit veganem Käse zubereitet werden. Wir hatten zwei vegane Pizzen, auf welche wir nicht lange warten mussten. Geschmacklich waren die Pizzen sehr gut. Die Kellner sind super freundlich und aufmerksam. Man erhält auch zu den Getränken einen Brotkorb mit Knoblauchöl und einem grünen, selbst gemachten Pesto. Auf Nachfrage wurden uns alle Zutaten des pesto benannt, sodass wir sichergehen konnten, dass es vegan ist. Einfach super Service! Zum Nachtisch gibt es zwei vegane Optionen: vegane Schmalzkuchen (seeehr lecker, aber vorsicht: das Vanilleeis ist nicht vegan) oder vegane Schokomousse (haben wir nicht probiert). Insgesamt ein super toller Laden, nicht teuer und sehr tolles Personal.

Even though the restaurant is located a little bit far of the city center it is worth a trip!

The staff was really welcoming and the first "Greetings from the kitchen" was proactively introduced as vegan and - as the waiter assured me - the starter is always vegan to nudge the customers to the vegan options.
We ended up having a full three course menu, with an antipasti plate for two, pizza (with good vegan cheese)/pasta Bologna-style and "Schmalzkuchen" and everything surpassed our expectations!
During the evening the staff regularly asked if we were happy and offered advice on whine, desserts etc.
If you are in Bremen, go there! It is really worth it!

Best pizza ever - Edit
Despite the fact that this isn't a fully vegan restaurant I was overwhelmed by how many vegan options they had. Different vegan cheese toppings, desserts as well as a dedicated, creative chef and waitress made us regret that we don't live nearby. Usually that's a 5/5 rating (which isn't allowed due to HappyCow conditions as this is no fully vegan place). But still: more than worth the visit!
