Falafel sandwich (optional gluten-free vegan bread), poke or curry bowl, various smoothies, salads, toasts, raw desserts, hot beverages, and a soup of the day. All items are veg except bone broth as a drink. Open Mon 9:00am-5:00pm, Tue 9:00am-8:00pm, Wed 9:00am-5:00pm, Thu 9:00am-8:00pm, Fri-Sat 9:00am-5:00pm. Closed Sun.

Healthy Vegan Fare Available

Friendly staff and a welcoming atmosphere increase the appeal of this pleasant add-on to a healthy-lifestyle complex. (There's a small adjacent boutique with the standard vitamins and powders plus personal care products, as well as some higher-end - read: expensive - skincare, etc.; and a consultation practice which I didn't investigate.) It's in an area of town underserved by healthy, never mind vegan, food options; so the presence of bone broth (only non-veg option I could see) on the menu is to be tolerated, given it's bringing a plethora of vegan options to an otherwise hitherto deprived demographic. While not cheap for this type of mainly take-away fresh-prepped food, the quality is high. The falafel sandwich (with optional vegan gf bread) is savoury and filling, their smoothies surprisingly unique yet tasty (frozen cauli to add "body" did just that), and their raw desserts as delicious as promised by the enthusiastic staff. It's worth the trip, and finding parking wasn't the arduous task I'd feared. I recommend it.
