Vegan Options in Beautiful Restaurant

This is a beautiful restaurant in an old bank building in historic downtown Fredericksburg, VA. The food is local and organic. The wait staff is very vegan aware and the chef is willing to accommodate modification to dishes to make them vegan. As a main course, we had the Winter Market Harvest - a delicious variety of vegetables and grains. We also had the house made hummus plate with olives and sourdough bread as an appetizer. There was a vegan dessert option but we were too full to try it. The atmosphere is very nice and the staf could not have been more accommodating.

Pros: Great food., Beautiful old bank building with nice atmosphere., In historic downtown.
