The vegan huevos rancheros were delicious! - Edit
The staff was very helpful. As soon as I asked about a vegan version of huevos rancheros, the person taking my order, knew exactly what I was talking about. The tofu in the huevos rancheros was delicious, and the breakfast was very filling.

Corralles Location Needs Work - Edit
Flying Star is amazing, but the Corralles location is a disaster. It’s dirty, slow, they have a hard time getting the orders right, which is rough when you’re subbing out animal products for vegan. 9 out of 10 times, you’ll have cheese in your burrito.
Read moreWe’ve started skipping this location altogether. It’s more convenient, but it’s worth the sanity to pass it and go to the Rio Grande location.
