Best Birthday Donuts 🍩 - Edit
I visited Flour of Life on my birthday and was able to grab over a dozen jam and custard filled donuts. I shared them with my friends the following day and they still tasted amazing!! Everyone asked about them and wanted more. I have been before and tried the eclairs which are also divine. I have not tried anything from here that I’ve been disappointed with. Will order a cake next time for sure 😍

Very rarely and you go into a bakery like this and be able to eat everything they have! This is bakery heaven! I have eaten food from here three times now, savoury and sweet, and loved it all! So much variety as well. I’ll be back!

I love that this bakery is right opposite Movie World / Wet N Wild and usually sneak in a visit when we are going to the theme parks. I was surprised by how good the rolls are. They have three choices but sell out quickly. Tuna, basil or ham & cheese. They also do pizzas and calzones which are great. The doughnuts and danishes are my guilty pleasures. The array of vegan baked goods on offer is amazing and always fun to visit.

You have to try the sausage rolls, Potato Top Meat Pie and the creamy mushroom Potatoe top pie! Also the pizza bread is delicious, I put it in the oven at home for about 12 minutes with some extra sauce ans aoili and it's to die!

14/2/22 we took a tram (Glink which was a bit like the tram route 86 in Melbourne) and bus here to get cake. We ended up getting a vanilla slice, jam so it and lamington with cream and jam. Also I got a cheese mushroom pie. I really liked the flavour and the pastry of the pie. The cakes were all amazing. Very fresh and generous sizes. Service was friendly too.

There were so many sweet and savoury options. I bought a pepper pie and a doughnut. The pie was full and tasty. The doughnut was fresh and tasted like a regular doughnut. If I lived here, it would be a wonderful regular option.

Read moreThey have a large variety of pastries (pies and sausage rolls with and without plant based meats / TVP), large selection of bread and bread rolls, freshly made sandwiches and rolls, savoury pastries and a huge selection of sweet delicious treats. There’s definitely something here for everyone!
I always find the staff to be prompt and efficient.
They also make celebration cakes to order.

Such a treat with everything vegan! Partner and i had a ‘ham’ and ‘cheese’ croissant, apple turnover and ‘sausage’ roll. The cream in the apple turnover tasted better than any dairy cream. We had great service whilst there, all the staff were engaging and very friendly😄

This place is overwhelming with vegan goodies. I can’t wait to go back and try more. Would highly recommend the cinnamon scroll! The custard tart and chocolate croissant was also such a treat. My mum got the ham and cheese croissant and loved it even though she doesn’t usually like vegan cheese. We also tried some of the pies which hit the spot but the TVP meat could perhaps be better. Unfortunately on the day we went the women serving us was a bit sour and unfriendly and it felt like she just wanted to get us out the way (we weren’t even trying to make conversation she just seemed annoyed at us for even ordering). She might’ve just been having a bad day but hopefully next time they’re a bit more hospitable so it’s not such a stressful time trying to get our hands on some more yummies. 😆

Fully fledged bakery with a delectable and impressive range of items - sweet, savoury and breads. I ordered the lamington which was nicer than a standard lamington. The custard and blueberry danish was seriously the best danish I’ve ever eaten. Top marks for their pizza.

I really can't say what is better: their pies and sausage rolls, their basil pesto scrolls, their Danish pastries or their doughnuts. They are all incredibly drool worthy and I usually buy a couple to eat straight away and a couple to take home. 🤤😋

I went to your beautiful bakery this afternoon with my mum since I’ve been wanting to go there for ages but we never have the chance to go so today I felt like I really wanted to try it out so we went & oh my gosh I’m still blown away about the amount of vegan options you guys have. Your food is absolutely amazing, it did not disappoint one bit & so filling as well, I absolutely loved it. The only put off I did have was the lady that was serving my mum & I was left feeling unwelcome & we felt uncomfortable to even go inside even when my mother tried to make conversation with her she didn’t want to communicate at all, It’s just a constructive criticism would’ve been amazing all around if there was a welcoming happy face behind the counter as well.

I have tried most things at this bakery and they were amazing but I ordered a birthday cake and it was so horrible, no one could eat it and we had to throw it away. Even the vegans couldn't eat it. And i never have had a cake i couldn't eat. Do your self a favour and not buy their cakes.

Droooooll... my partner and I discovered this place and had the donuts super jammy, the ham croissant (fake bacon), some pies, apple turnover omg we ate soo much. I’ve been hanging for a croissant since becoming vegan and this place made all my vegan croissant dreams come true. Definitely will be going back!!

Mud cake slice is a must try! - Edit
We have devoured a selection of sweet and savoury treats from here over the years and have been impressed every time! A must visit if you are in the area. They have such a huge selection; it can be very hard to decide, but my advice is to always get extra! The salad rolls are fantastic, and we love the pies/sausage rolls. Croissants are flaky and delicious, and doughnuts are worth drooling over…. but the chocolate mud cake slice is out of this world - If you are going to try one thing, this is our pick!
