they veganized some delicious dishes for me - Edit
I recently stayed a night at the Thompson Hotel in Savannah, Georgia. The bar was nice and the restaurant, Fleeting, was amazing. They veganized their special for me (an open-faced sandwich with cooked carrots and Georgia peaches... it was delicious), as well as the broccoli and ramps dish, for dinner. I spoke with their chef, Victoria, and thanked her for making those two dishes vegan for me. She said they are trying to use more local produce to make plant-forward menu options! My server, Justin, was very helpful as well. The only disappointment was the next morning. The only vegan breakfast options they had were a fruit plate and oatmeal. At least they had plant-based milk for my coffee. I think if they revamp their breakfast menu to add more appealing vegan options, it will be even greater! Thank you to Victoria and Justin for making my dinner special.
