The main feature is the create-your-own stirfry bar where you choose the veggies and even faux meat (vegan except Quorn), and have it stir-fried. Fun and delicious - Edit
I personally love to cook but sometimes it's nice to let someone else do the cooking. Flat Top allows you to create the combo you want and there are SO many veggies to choose from. Its vegan heaven for me! All you have to do is put the white stick in and they will keep it separate from everyone else's.

Flat top grill is a fancy restaurant with a build your own Stirfry and rice bar. Must put white stick in bowl to be cooked seperate from other orders. I have friends that have been misled into thinking the bread is vegan and some of the sauces as well. Be careful, as some of the sauces are mislabeled. However, flat top does offer three types of vegan meats! So overall it is a vegan friendly restaurant! Yummy seitan!
