Very creative - Edit
Nice to see very creative vegan options in this type of restaurant. However, I think the result could be better. Most of it was quite oily/ deep fried. The butternut squash was really good, but red cabbage it came with could be a bit more acidic to counteract the sweetness, also the three cream looked good but tasted of nothing - could be spiced with nutmeg and lime to make the whole dish more exciting.

Imaginative vegan options - Edit
We stopped by for lunch today, they were very attentive and asked questions regarding the vegan options, and after I ordered a V dish option the kitchen offered to swap out the honey for maple syrup. Lovely food and great service.

Locally sourced imaginative seasonal food - Edit
The vegan options here are incredible- using locally sourced seasonal produce. The menu changes according to veg availability. The foraged cocktails are a great addition to the extensive drinks menu. Staff friendly and will explain some of the more unusual ingredients.
