Guacamole so fresh

Not a ton of vegan options, but the guac is so good. And you can modify some of their vegetarian section into vegan. I get the veggie fajitas no cheese and no sour
Stay away from the refried beans and rice !

Pros: Table side guacamole , Fresh chips and salsa , No animal products in beans

Cons: Meat served, Not a lot of vegan options, Have to modify to make vegan

our favorite mexican

this has been our favorite mexican restaurant since went husband and i started dating in 2016. if you know what you’re doing, you have a lot of options. the rice contains chicken stock so it’s a no-go but black beans and refried are both vegan. i get a veggie chimichanga with no cheese no sour cream. i will also sometimes get a southwest tortilla salad with no dairy and add guac and salsa myself. spinach enchiladas with no cheese, add black beans inside is also fantastic. their fries have the best seasoning.
