Decent food but overpriced - Edit
Paid over $20 for a coffee and avo on toast. Coffee wasn’t great and avo on toast was nice but not worth the price.

How could fiery deli improve? What a great question and I have the answer... lets start with educating your team members on customer satisfaction, this afternoon my partner and were excited to be trying another one of Chermsides fab restaurants however did that change quickly Today on the 16/11/18 my partner and I sat down at the fiery deli Chermside this was one of our greatest mistakes we made as the trendy looking atmosphere and very catering menu was completely shun by the utter rudeness of one of the team members as she was so rude and obviously took no pride in the company for which she works for while she argued her point whilst she clearly took our orders incorrectly and persisted to argue even though my partner offered to have the incorrect order if she was to bring out a bowl of chips as I am vegan and with her attitude being still as it was (horrible) like our experience we got our money refunded and left. I will not be referring this place to anybody not even the local debate team as this staff member was clearly not even educated enough to hold a valid point. Never Again might I add one negative overrules 100 positives fiery deli you have hired a winner good luck and I sincerely hope you fix the broken lin.

Tasty, not spicy - Edit
Enjoyed a lunch meal here and found the meal tasty. We opted for additional vegan cheese on the nachos but next time I would ask for jalapeños instead as there was only a sprinkle of cheese which didn’t add to the flavour. That aside the meals were a good size and came out quickly.

Good variety in vegan plate - Edit
The Vegan El Plato had a great variety and good taste. I was a little worried that it may be too spicy based on the name of the restaurant, but the flavours were very mild and good. I recommend this place when in the mall

I had lunch at Fiery Deli and ordered the Monday Special, a very tasty vegan arepa burger and orange juice ($15.00) ... the quality and quantity of the food was excellent with fresh great tasting ingredients ... there is a special value offer each day of the week ... staff are friendly and helpful and are aware of vegan dietary requirements ... there are many menu items that can be made as vegan so just ask the staff if your menu favourite can be veganized ... Fiery Deli is on the second floor in the open air food court just near the exit near the Nespresso shop ... you can access the Westfield free wifi while at Fiery Deli and they offer eftpos payments

A friend and I shared the vegan nachos which featured plenty of black beans but needed more salsa and more guacamole for the amount of corn chips provided. Would return to try other options.
