I can't give 5 stars to a non-vegan place, but this one-star Michelin spot has an amazing full vegan menu. You should totally go if you want a treat.

If you’re a vegetarian or vegan in Paris who is obsessed with food - and likes talking about it, listening to it, learning where it comes from and why it matters—this is not optional.
Read moreThe staff don’t recite menus, they teach. They’ll talk you through the first asparagus of spring like it’s a seasonal religion and their rebellion efforts of growing pistachios on French soil. You feel smarter by the second course, even if it’s just the champagne.
Everything here tastes deliberate. The sourdough arrives with the quiet confidence (and yes, you can ask for more). A Szechuan gummy (yes, gummy) hits your palate like a culinary plot twist. Then there is everything in between.
You leave satisfied but more than that, you’ll leave talking about those little plates for the next few years and wondering how reasonable it would be to hop on the Eurostar to go all over again.

Wow! I got the michelin star experience I wanted with the vegan tasting menu! Such unique flavor combinations and beautiful presentation! Get the wine pairing to go with it.

On est venu manger le soir pour le menu 100% végétal et on s’est régalé. L’endroit est très sympa et le personnel adorable (ils s’y connaissent très bien sûr le sujet du véganisme). C’était vraiment une excellente expérience culinaire.

Outre le cadre très cosy et le personnel super pro, les plats sont travaillés, ingénieux et surprenants (je me suis toujours pas remise de la glace au persil). Tout simplement exceptionnel. Très heureuse d’avoir trouvé un restaurant étoilé avec un VRAI menu vegan.

I went to FIEF to try their vegan menu. It was on February so it was the winter menu. The place is really cosy and the staff is super pro. The meals are amazing, so tasty and intriguing (I’m still not over the parsley ice cream). It’s a unique and unforgettable experience. So so happy I found a restaurant with a Michelin star offering a 100% vegan menu!
