A bit disapointed - Edit
For the price I was expecting a bit more taste. All evening I had to remind them that I was vegan. Pretty place though.

Excellent restaurant étoilé avec menu végétal - Edit
On est venu manger le soir pour le menu 100% végétal et on s’est régalé. L’endroit est très sympa et le personnel adorable (ils s’y connaissent très bien sûr le sujet du véganisme). C’était vraiment une excellente expérience culinaire.

Read moreJe suis allée chez Fief pour tester leur menu vegan. C’était en février donc le menu d’hiver, et c’était une expérience incroyable. Outre le cadre très cosy et le personnel super pro, les plats sont travaillés, ingénieux et surprenants (je me suis toujours pas remise de la glace au persil). Tout simplement exceptionnel. Très heureuse d’avoir trouvé un restaurant étoilé avec un VRAI menu vegan.

I went to FIEF to try their vegan menu. It was on February so it was the winter menu. The place is really cosy and the staff is super pro. The meals are amazing, so tasty and intriguing (I’m still not over the parsley ice cream). It’s a unique and unforgettable experience. So so happy I found a restaurant with a Michelin star offering a 100% vegan menu!
Pros: Menu 100% vegan , Gastronomique, Seasonal food
Cons: Expensive , Not a full vegan restaurant

Un menu complet vegan, des tables spacieuses, une cuisine ouverte et des produits locaux, tel est la promesse de Fief. La promesse est tenue avec une richesse de saveurs et un équilibre des goûts renouvelés à chaque plat depuis un superbe confit de céléri jusqu’au fabuleuse chips de laitue de mer sucré.
