Great place, really good food, all homemade, locally sourced, organic and seasonal, everything veggi and always a lot of vegan options. I'm in love with the ambiance and the beautiful place! And in the evening there are also great cocktails ♡

Vegan James Bond villain's lair - Edit
The Farel bistro has lots of vegan options (focaccia, bagels, soups, salads, cookies, cakes, ice-cream). Their hummus - eggplant focaccia was delicious. 10/10 would recommend. If you're in a hurry the also do take aways. Helpful friendly bilingual staff. The restaurant's architecture made me feel like I was in the lair of a classic James Bond villain (especially the terrasse).

Cosy bistro with a decent choice of vegan food, everything clearly labelled. The selection isn't huge, but usually seem to contain three sandwiches, a soup (not sure if it's always vegan though) and various salads. They are also offering a vegan breakfast option. I had to spend two days in Biel on business, so I was glad to find this lovely bistro. Everything I ordered was very tasty: cream "cheese" sandwich and pea soup on the first day, curry "chicken" sandwich and gazpacho on the other.
