A full vegan menu! - Edit
It is definitely an experience visiting Fantissima. It is a long evening (4 hours I think) with show and food and it is quite spectacular!

When buying the tickets online, there is the option for vegan food. Then arriving and checking tickets they confirmed the vegan food. Then the waiters also asked about the vegan food and every time they served us the vegan food they explicitly said: "the vegan food" so we were always sure we were having the right food. The food was similarly looking to the not vegan option, but had small differences.
I enjoyed the food but somehow had greater expectations for the price.
I really liked the avocado appetizer! The three soups were also tasty, although a bit too spicy/rich for me. I would have wished for one of the sous to be a bit lighter. The main course was good, but also a bit too rich. The mushrooms and aubergine were a little too salty, and the risotto was also a bit too rich and creamy. I would have wished for something like a fresh salad in order to make it more balanced.
The dessert was a surprise (spoiler: it was a hard boiled egg looking dessert) but it was good!
All in all a definitely interesting experience! And it is rare that one gets to eat chic the vegan way! I found the food good, maybe it could have been a bit less spicy/salty/fatty, but it was good!
I would gladly go again, it was a nice experience, but since it is expensive, I will wait a while until my next visit! Since they have chefs, I take it they will change the menu somehow regularly.. so I look forward to other foods they might offer!
