My Daily Breakfast

From sweet to salty, you can find a variety of porridge here. Sometimes I get the one with granola and fruit like goji berries, other times I opt for cabbage and mushroom or mixed veggies which are peas, corn and carrots. I always order so I can add my nutritional yeast, nuts and seeds, etc. at home and I prefer rice in mine, but there’s also millet, purple or wild rice and maybe barley or another kind of grain. You can choose sugar free, in, or on the side, which is especially nice for the pumpkin porridge. This shop also offers hot, freshly made soy milk for just under 5¥ and some kinds of fried bread with herbs inside or Chinese donuts, black sesame filled mochi, date bread, green tea cakes, and pickled side veggies. If ordering online, be warned that the menu has meat, eggs, custards and creams.
