Confused by the Reviews.. - Edit
I’m in the area for work and went here for lunch because of the reviews on Happy Cow and the lack of options in the area. I asked what I could get as a vegan, and after the server asking the kitchen, I was informed the bread for the bruschetta and hummus contained milk. Also, the brioche bun on the veggie burger obviously isn’t vegan, and even the gluten free bun contains milk. Essentially, the only options were the greek salad with no feta or the veggie burger with no bun. The prices were also outrageous. Even the hummus which I was told was 1 tbsp each of 3 hummus options was $15… and the burger which would have to be served with no bun was a whopping $23. $23 for a veggie patty with some lettuce and tomato and chips. I ended up having to pay over $20 with tip for a greek salad with no feta.. not filling and not worth it. I am disappointed by this place and especially confused by previous reviews talking about options that are now seemingly not options anymore. The greek salad was fine so I give the place 2 stars. Can’t recommend unless you’re here with meateaters because at least you can get Something… but not much.

An oasis, but not many options - Edit
The outdoor seating area is an oasis just a few feet off the street. The trees, plants, lights, outdoor fire, and various seating nooks are really cozy and make you just want to hang out. But there were only a few vegan options and these were appetizers and sides. They made the bruscetta vegan by omitting the cheese and it was nice. The hummus taster was also good, as was the fried plantain.

Only Place for Dinner for those with Allergies - Edit
You might be thinking, what the heck is a vegan with a peanut allergy doing with her mother who has a severe milk and soy allergy, father who just likes french fries, farts, and meat, and crazy grandparents who will take pictures of your food without your permission, well I also race cars okay!

My mom got the shrimp Caribbean, as did I but with vegan sausage rather than shrimp. My mom thought it was perfectly cooked, and they were SUPER on top of it with allergies. I thought it was meh to be honest, but the experience was worth it! The atmosphere of the whole place was very unique and enjoyable. It was a place I would love to just hang out in.
Moving to the meat eaters, my father liked it and had a burger. The fries were good, crispy, and fluffy, and the cocktails were good. I won't bore you with my grandparents orders.
No vegan desserts, sad.
If you are a vegan or a person with food allergies you will feel comfortable here even if your dish isn't the best ever. It will still be a solid meal!
