Such a bummer - Edit
(Dessert review) This place is so good if you're not vegan. But their vegan options for dessert are just sad. And with their owner/head baker being vegetarian you would expect a better offering. Such a bummer. Coffee is Starbucks burnt tasting.

I was told there are more vegan options on Thursdays, I went late on a Saturday evening and they had 1 vegan cookie. It was good but we waited a few minutes just for 1 cookie on display and it wasn't warmed or anything.

Amazing Vegan Caesar Salad - Edit
Wow! They offer the biggest Caesar Salad w plenty of marinated tempeh bits, dressing and parmesan. I only wish there were more croutons. I was pleasantly surprised the vegan dark chocolate cake was not too sweet! The BLTA was ok. We preferred the salad, which isn't usually the case.

The desserts from this place are beautiful. Unfortunately, they are mostly not vegan. They do have some vegan desserts, including cookies and ice cream, which are the only ones I saw in person but online, there are more listed. Their website has a section that lists all of the vegan dessert options.
Read moreI tried the dark chocolate cookie, and it was delicious. I am usually not a dark chocolate fan, but it was rich and chocolaty without the bitter aftertaste. I also tried the vegan Ceasar salad, and it was also very tasty!
Update: Today, my boyfriend and I decided to place an order online for pick up. We placed the order at 1:40 and were told it would be ready at 2:20. We didn’t end up receiving our food until 3:00 pm. We ordered two cookies, one matcha, and one hot chocolate. It was busy, but everyone else who ordered in person was served well before us, and the wait was honestly unjustifiable. When we asked nicely about the wait, we were simply told “sorry.” We don’t mind waiting, but at least have your time estimations sort of accurate. We probably won’t visit again. For this reason, I am changing my review from four stars to three because of the poor service and for the fact that there are vegan bakeries nearby, so there is no reason to wait that long for a few options.
