Potatoes - Edit
The food here is wonderful! They use all kinds of native foods, potatoes, tubers, flowers, and grains. The staff is friendly and accommodating. They offered many off menu items, in addition to the regularly offered vegan items.
Read moreSome other things that I love about Explora are the ecological focus, conservation efforts, and that they preference staff from the communities where they operate. I have stayed at three different Exploras and each has been a truly special experience with good eats.
