Tasty cakes! - Edit
The savoury snacks, such as soup, salad and a tasty sandwich are clearly labelled on the menue, for the vegan cakes you have to ask the staff. Today they had a really good apple-cinnemon-crumble and a creamy, not tooo sweet, oreo cheesecake. You can get oat or coconut as milk-alternative for coffee for 75cent (what we found a bit too much as you pay more than 5€ for an ordinary cappucino than, so only 3 stars for us).

Adorable Cafe - Edit
Evas is one of my local cafes at the moment and my favourite in Ennis. Their coffee is delicious and they always have a vegan soup of the day, as well as a vegan sandwich and salad on the menu. They have lots of freshly baked goods, periodically including a vegan Oreo cheesecake that is to die for! Definitely the place for lunch if you're in Ennis. Staff are also sweet and friendly😄

We had a hero sandwich and vegan salad which were both nice. I did not want a dessert but the range of options would have been limited.

Lovely cafe - Edit
I was there for breakfast and they had really tasty homemade vegan baked beans on sourdough bread. I also had a coffee and it was very good. The cafe is lovely and relaxing, the staff are great, and dogs are allowed at the outside tables. Will definitely go back 😀
