Perfect vegan stay - we wouldn’t change anything! - Edit
We had a full week stay at Ethos in their superior suite and we can say, without a doubt, this was our best hotel experience for both of us. Coşkun and Artemis have been the perfect hosts and we could not be happier to have booked our stay in their beautiful suite.

Coşkun was also super helpful and he was always happy to answer any questions we had, from tour options to restaurant recommendations. Upon arrival he made sure to share some great recommendations, as well as some lovely welcome snacks and tea as our flight was delayed for a few hours and we were starving!
The location of Ethos could not be better, as it is situated just a couple minutes away from the town centre of Fira, which means it only takes a few minutes to visit anywhere in town, grab a bus or head out for any (of the many) vegan friendly spots in the town of Fira - and even if the nightlife can be a bit busy this close to town, the rooms are well isolated so this was not a problem for us. And their jacuzzi pool in the terrace was also our favorite spot to wind down and relax after a long day traveling or before our hike to Oia.
Thank you both, Artemis and Coşkun, we had the loveliest stay and we will without a doubt book Ethos again next time we visit Santorini.

Staying at Ethos is staying at a hotel with just five rooms, whose small staff are genuinely attentive and you can tell they just want you to have the best possible time in Santorini. The superior suite was amazing with the private patio and dipping pool on the roof! The vegan breakfasts were to die for, so so good and brought directly to our patio to eat outside. Absolutely perfect!

Staying here was my #1 requirement in planning a trip to Greece and it did not disappoint!!! The space itself was beautiful - modern and calming with high quality linens and finishes. The location was perfect in the center of Fira with adjacent free parking. The hosts were incredibly helpful, from booking, arriving, and giving recommendations. And of course, having vegan breakfast delivered to my room was a dream come true! If you’re anywhere near, don’t miss this place!

Such an incredible experience! Artemis & Coskun are such kind, helpful people who went out of their way to share how to eat vegan in Santorini. Our room was gorgeous & filled with eco conscious vegan materials (including zero waste shampoos/conditioners/body wash). And of course, the complimentary breakfast was fantastic! I also loved the vegan snack bar & tea/coffee!

Best vegan hotel! - Edit
Best hotel we've ever stayed at! A boutique hotel run by a dedicated couple, that made us feel like we're home. Vegan breakfast is served daily (included in the price) to the room, and contains different dishes every day. Everything was sooo delicious. They also helped us organize our stay in Santorini, and booked ATV vehicle rental and cruise tour around the island for us. They were there for every question we had. We didn't want to leave.

The hosts, Aramis and Coskun, are extremely welcoming and care about your experience. They give great suggestions for vegan restaurants - which you should definitely try out. The hosts are always open for a chat and are very keen to make the experience memorable. Which they also succeed in doing.

The best hotel experience I’ve ever had, and Artemis’ freshly made breakfasts are the best food on the island. Well worth the price of your stay for the food alone, as well as the hospitality and clean, comfortable, eco-friendly rooms. If you have the chance to stay here you will remember it forever. Can’t say enough positive things!!!

Read moreThe bed & breakfast is owned and run by a couple who are incredibly kind, thoroughly helpful, and genuinely seem to care about their guest's. They both had careers in the hospitality industry and it shows. One of the owners sat us down first day and gave us a map of all the must-visit vegan spots, where the tourist traps are, what tourists usually miss, etc. It was a great head-start to the island. The other owner has gone so far as to offer [twice] to pick us up where-ever if we get lost or stranded, just to text him. Just beyond good hosts.
All breakfasts are unique, made by one of the owners on-site, all vegan, and all absolutely delicious. This isn't a pre-made salad or a fruit plate, it's genuinely fantastic, home-made food. Probably some of the best vegan food we had on the island.
The rooms are all new, clean and quiet. And we're picky guests, we'll check mattresses, etc. to make sure the place is bug-free.
You're able to come and go as you please, they're in the dead-centre of Fira so you're a 5-minute walk to anywhere, and one of the owners offers tours if you're into that. We asked for a winery tour and the next day it was booked. They drove us around, told us about the island, and all the pairings at the wineries were confirmed vegan. Many of these offer cheese as the default.
And surprisingly everything in the mini-fridge is priced reasonably. Beers in the fridge were going for the same price as they do in the bottle shops.
I genuinely can't think of a better hotel experience I've ever had. When we're back in Santorini this will be the only place we book, there isn't a better option.
Pros: Impressively kind & considerate owners/managers, Centralized in Fira, 5-minutes to anywhere, Amazing breakfasts
Cons: Some of the suites don't have much of a view

If I could give 10 stars, I would!!!! Ethos Vegan Suites is AMAZING! It is a MUST STAY! I stayed in another vegan hotel in Athens, and Ethos Vegan Suites is 100x better and definitely worth it. The hosts are so kind and take care of everything to make your stay there easy and comfortable. The location is a 1 min walk to the center of Fira, only 8 min from the airport. The rooms are beautiful. Artemis (one of the hosts) has been vegan for 8 years and really cares about the environment. It shows through all of the development of their hotel. From eco friendly toilet paper, zero waste shampoo/body wash pods to the bathroom countertops. It has all been created with an eco conscious mindset. Which makes me feel like I am at home. Coskun was a fantastic host. He reached out to me days in advance to help me set up a taxi transfer from the airport. He greeted us immediately upon arrival, sat with us, offered us tea and homemade biscuits, and chatted with us about the concept, features and amenities of our hotel. Any question we had, he answered for us. I love that this is a family run business. They welcome you and make you feel at home. The BREAKFAST omg was soooooo delicious. I loved it both mornings. It was better than any other breakfast we have had in Greece. I wish they served lunch and dinner too haha!! Mainly because we visited now which is off season and all of the vegan restaurants were closed otherwise.

It very well could be... I loved loved Ethos Vegan Suites! The rooms are beautiful, very well thought out, the food is delicious *chef's kiss* and the hosts are so so friendly and welcoming.
Read moreThe location is great too, right next to the Fira central market, 5 min walking distance from the bus terminal, 15 min drive from the airport. You'll find beautiful villas up on the hills of Santorini but most are not accessible by car and they rely on (ab)using donkeys to carry heavy luggage and other things, and I'm sure it's no walk in the park for hotel employees either. So the conscious choice for me is to stay closer to town and Ethos is perfect in many aspects. I truly hope to come back again soon! Oh..and then there's the jacuzzi ❤️

Ethos is the perfect holiday destination. The hotel is stunning with so many beautiful design choices. We stayed in the Superior Suite, so watching the sunrise from our private rooftop jacuzzi was a holiday highlight. The location is perfect, 2 minutes walk from the city centre but not too noisy at night. The food was incredible, super fresh and generous portions. Best of all, the hosts Coskun and Artemis are incredibly welcoming, friendly and kind- nothing was too much trouble. I cannot reccomend Ethos enough, if you're considering Santorini- stay here!

Beautiful Hotel, Amazing Hosts - Edit
I don't know where to start because there is so many good things to say about this beautiful place. First of all, I've loved the design choices and the love for the details. The mattresses were of a very good quality and they've worked together with businesses around Santorini & Greece, which made absolutely sense but is a strong indicator of not only saying «we care» but of acting this way. I highly appreciated this. Then the hosts - they are two kind, generous, and amazing people. I already miss them a bit because they've grown on me even tough I usually prefer to keep to myself. Because I'm not a native speaker it's hard to find the right words but these two deserve the world. I loved the location of the hotel because it's close to the hustle & bustle but I've had no trouble sleeping in the night due to noises from the nearby nightclubs and bars, Another highlight was the daily breakfast. It was always rich and delicious and kept us going for the next few hours. And: they always changed it. One day it was sweet, the next day savory.
