Espresso House has some decent vegan options. I personally try to avoid these big chains, but if you're in a group or in a hurry, they have some selection for vegans.

Coffee shop in a small shopping centre - Edit
The coffee with oat milk tasted good but the plant milk costs extra. A few veg sandwiches were available. The rhye bread sandwich was fine but rather bland.
