Few great traditionally Greek vegan options - Edit
Restaurant at the beach serves few vegan options, most of them traditional Greek meals such as orzo or the "bread starter " (and few others). They have also vegan burger if you are looking for a bigger protein intake. You wait a little bit longer to be served and the prices are somewhat higher than at nearby beach restaurants, but the spot is really beautiful and the meals were great. A review below says that the food is bland, but I'd say they just work with natural flavors - it's very gently seasoned. Anyway, our meals were great for hot summer lunch.

This place has a few good options for breakfast and lunch/dinner. Here in July so maybe open during peak season. Good oatmeal.

Interesting + Tasty Vegan Choices - Edit
Went with the vegan club sandwich which had mushrooms, avocado, tomato, vegan mayo and cheese. It hit the spot! Portion was big with French fries on the side so I could finish it.
