Lots of vegan options - Edit
This place has a few good options for breakfast and lunch/dinner. Here in July so maybe open during peak season. Good oatmeal.

Interesting + Tasty Vegan Choices - Edit
Went with the vegan club sandwich which had mushrooms, avocado, tomato, vegan mayo and cheese. It hit the spot! Portion was big with French fries on the side so I could finish it.
