Excellent vegan choices - Edit
The atmosphere was relaxed. The hibiscus tea was fresh and delicious. We had the make your own bowl with chick peas/ broccoli/tofu on a bed of different lettuces. It was delicious. We loved everything.

Really expensive! - Edit
It’s really expensive. The portion size is very small. Most of the salads come with almost nothing on it, then you have to pay to add everything. Their cabbage slaw lacks flavor. The people are nice and it’s a cool atmosphere.

Good food, good cause - Edit
A couple of good vegan options. It’s a nonprofit cafe that donates its all its proceeds toward their drug rehabilitation program

Excellent! - Edit
I had the vegan Apple Pancakes with a side of Breakfast Potatoes. The pancakes were some of the best vegan pancakes I’ve ever had!! They were moist and fluffy and altogether tasted great! The apples were fresh and I could tell the potatoes were freshly cut as well! I also got a Charcoal Lemonade which was pretty good. I would definitely recommend this spot to anyone visiting! The staff was very nice and helpful and I loved the spot!

Service was a mess - Edit
We went for breakfast. Only one marked vegan option for breakfast but other things can be modified. Vegan options clearly marked. Apple pancakes were good, açaí bowl was just alright. The big huge issue with the place was the service. It was a mess. There was a long line when we arrived. Checking out took a very long time for each group. Our food came out pretty quickly but we watched the person circle the restaurant a few times before finding our table with our number. We had to ask for our drinks 3 times. The staff were running around lost, bumping into each other and customers. It was a real mess. In my opinion this place isn’t worth the hassle. You could make better food at home way cheaper and have a less stressful experience.

decent food, nice staff, amazing purpose - Edit
They have a big menu with vegan options marked - pancakes, salads, sandwiches, make your own bowls, açai bowls, nice smoothie menu. The best is the place is dedicated to rehabilitating former addicts and they have AA and other meetings and it’s just such a great message and purpose.
