Homemade tofu cheese is like ricotta

The pizza I ordered was a 14” vegan cheese with vegan pesto. I loved how light the cheese was, with a solid crunchy crust as well. It’s a nice place to sit down, not the craziest price but about $23 for a pizza. Their homemade cheese is what sets them apart from other restaurants. Worth it!

wood fired pizza and vegan pesto!

Their pizza is delicious and they are such nice people. The atmosphere is super casual, you order at the counter and then play ping pong and hang out while your pizza is made. You can grab craft soda or beer from the fridge. At the end of the dinner, go up to pay.

The pizza is cooked in a wood fire oven. The vegan cheese has a great texture similar to a soft cheese like ricotta and is made in house. I got two large pizzas for our group and they were all eaten. One had vegan pesto and one had red sauce. My favorite was the pesto.

Best pizza in town

The two women that own this place are amazingly warm hearted. They have been making some of the best vegan pizza in town with a tofu cheese spread and so many delicious vegetables. Don’t get me started on the beer and wine selection.

Pros: Lots of vegan options , Amazing staff, Best pizza in town

Cons: Can be expensive

Great thin crust vegan pizza

My husband and I love vegan pizza at Engfer. The pesto and vegetarian toppings are really good, the woodfire thin crust superb. It's nice they make their own vegan cheese sauce and not use Daiya. We're always surprised we finish an extra large one with nothing to take home - it's so tasty. And they have excellent selections of beer on tap. The owners and staff are very attentive and friendly so that's another plus. If you like pizza and you're vegan, this is the place!

Pros: Tasty vegan toppings and pesto sauce, Crispy firewood thin crust, Homemade vegan cheese

Cons: Sometimes hard to find parking

fab vegan pizza!

We specifically ordered 3 pizzas from Engfers, and they randomly decided that one of them should have cow's milk based cheese on one of them. I am not sure if they did it on purpose or not, but we were very disappointed.

Their one vegan pizza is pretty good, but I don't trust them any more. I am not sure if we'll be going back.

Gorgeous vegan pizza with tofu spread, tomato sauce, mushies, tomato and olives! Le cigare volant by Bonny Doon a plus!

Engfer's Rocks

Lots of vegetarian options, and Megan's Vegan is delicious. No weird fake cheese taste. Excellent salad and beer selection (including local organic beers). They're also very kid-friendly--they have a ping-pong table:o)

Pros: Friendly , Casual, Excellent food

Cons: Ping pong room smells a little bit.
