Wonderful Find Next to Penkenbahn - Edit
Ellies is a cool little diner just 50 yards up from the bottom of the Penken station, so perfectly located for lunchtime and apres ski dining. There are numerous vegan options to choose from. I tried, and would highly recommend, the ‘chicken’ burger and the Bhudda bowl (probably one of the best I’ve had). It’s definitely worth taking the Penken down to Ellies for lunch given the lack of options on the slopes and its close proximity to the lift station. Loved it!

In towns where it is so hard to find a vegan option, Ellies is a breath of fresh air! They have a buddha bowl and a green curry. Tried the bowl and it was tasty, good and very good portion
