Tasty with many vegan options

Great spot inside the food court. Dal "Indian Spicy" was hot but not too hot. Nice presentation with small side salad. Lots of vegan options on the menu.

Very good food!

I really liked the food here, everything is clearly labeled as vegetarian/vegan and the staff was very nice. Only disadvantage is that there is little seating available in the restaurant itself, it‘s a food court type of place there though so plenty of space there, but it wasn’t very clean and kinda dark in there.

Pros: Clearly labelled menu, Friendly staff , Food was really good

Cons: The food court ambiance

Genuinely one of the best curries I've had in NZ

Although not totally vegan place, really well marked on everything. Would legitimately give it 5 stars but can't without it being a vegan place. Really tasty mushroom and eggplant curry, good beer and in an interesting food court area. Quality.

good south indian

located in a food court area with many other restaurants, ela offers tasty south Indian food from Kerala. We both loved thrall the chutney, the dosa, and Samosa were great. items are labeled vegetarian and dairy free. staff understood what vegan meant as well. Food came out freshly made. Recommend.
