Mole Taco ❤️ - Edit
Excellent tacos, nice people. Would highly recommend the mole taco. Seating next to the kitchen so not for everyone but I loved it especially as you could see preparation of the seitan (I assume).

En general buen restaurante a pesar del tamaño reducido. Buenos precios y comida rica. Sin embargo cuando nos tomaron la orden no fueron nada amables, parecía molesta la persona en hacerlo, podrían mejorar ese aspecto. 😃

Tasty, cheap, late nite bites - Edit
A great selection of items at a great price. It was also one of the later places open. Food itself was all super tasty - I probably had my favourite vegan tacos from here. Definitely a place you can find yourself coming back to again and again.

Late night - Edit
Simple small place perfect for a late night meal or snack. Try their KFC style mushrooms, highly recommended! Overall everything good and recommended. My only complaint is the amount of oil used. I am not expecting this to be a healthy place but still would taste and be so much better if less oil was used and deepfried things dried a bit before serving dripping on the plate.

Favorite meal in Guadalajara - Edit
The venue is small but don’t let that fool you. They pump out food and it is too good to be true! We ate the corn dog (battered and fried to order, the batter is on the sweet side which contrasts the sausage beautifully), the chili dog (sausage was seitan, not super cheesy or messy but wonderful none the less), the hamburguesa KFC (the mushrooms were juicy, meaty, & crispy. Great combination with the onion rings. Flavors and textures were on point!), and finally a flour tortilla gringa with alambre filling (the cheese is made from potatoes and very creamy, we were so stuffed but happy we didn’t pass this up). Bummed we’re leaving and won’t be able to eat here again before we go!!!
Read moreEdit: so we ended up being able to come back the next night. We weren’t even hungry but came because it’s so good. We got a flour tortilla gringa with bistec, and three tacos (chicharrón, chorizo, pastor). Didn’t take any photos because we were too excited to eat.

I tried this restaurant, and was not into the food. I got a sandwich, and it was mushrooms, onion rings and a few other veggies deep fried and put on a bun. I took a bite, and realized the food is not for me.
