What I was missing

I moved out of Texas and to Pennsylvania a few years ago and I miss having vegan Mexican food options. It's so nice to have a convenient street taco place that also takes care of its customers.

I can't have cilantro and the guy at the truck was so understanding. He made me 3 different tacos and made sure not to give me any cilantro per my request. He was telling me he just learned that some people can't eat cilantro and he felt bad for me, but was super understanding and made me delicious food regardless.

I definitely recommend going to this place for vegan food. And it's in a food truck area so if you have non-veggie friends they can find something around.

Pros: Lots of options , Spicy food, Can do no cilantro tacos

Cons: Not everything can be made without cilantro

Delicious tacos!

Ever since I moved to the East coast I haven't found good Mexican or tex mex food. I came to Houston to visit a friend and we stopped here for a late lunch. Absolutely amazing food and the service was so friendly.

I had no idea it was a good truck but was pleasantly surprised. It's exactly what I was looking for. Authentic and vegan.

Best chorizo con papas

This place is a gem. The menu is just right and has plenty to choose from. We have tried their tacos, empanadas, flautas, and tortas. My favorite is their chorizo and papas torta. The sandwich is massive and delicious. The bread is so good and the chorizo tastes different and rich but so good. Definitely a must try.

Delicious food

After so many recommendations, I stopped by El Mictlan and it's definitely as good as mentioned. We had the queso and chorizo quesadillas! They were delicious. Def recommend this place. We were treated well and friendly people serving us.

Unique Flavors and Friendly Faces

I visited a few weeks ago and my experience was wonderful! I tried most of the taco options - each of them were ridiculously flavorful in their own way. You won't find flavors like these anywhere else! Feels like a guilty pleasure but there's definitely veggies in there. My favorite.😄Agua Fresca was the perfect finishing touch on a hot summer day. Go check it out if you can!

Suprising vegan food truck in Magnolia Tx

This place serves some of the best food truck vegan food I've had. Definitely worth checking out if you are in the Magnolia area. The food truck park that it is located in is nice and spacious also with other options and drinks.

WOW!

WOW!!! This place is IT!!! 10/10 service, food, and how cute their set up was. I got the tacos, opted for one of each flavor to give them all a go and I'm so glad I did because they were all SO good I don't know how I could pick a favorite. Got an agua fresca as well and it was so refreshing and light. Will definitely be back and am going to tell everyone I know, vegan or not, about this gem!

Authentic vegan Mexican food!

Good food, good vibes, good music and amazing service, this place has it all! I love Mexican food, my wife is Mexican and I have had a lot of authentic Mexican food over the years, in Mexico and from her family. When I found out there was a vegan Mexican food stand in The Woodlands, I had to try it. To my surprise, the restaurant is family owned and the chef is from Mexico, which is pretty cool. He uses authentic recipes with his own twist to make some really delicious dishes!

My favorite dish is the pinnaple and carne asada tacos as well as the green enchiladas. They offer freshly made salsa too which is delicious.

It is in a food truck court, so it's outdoors, but they have a covered sections with seating and lots of fans which make the place comfortable. The portions are Texas size which is an obvious plus and very generous for the prices. If you are in the area, I highly recommend that you stop by to try it out and if you are a bit out of the way, I would say it's worth the drive!
