La comida es casera y deliciosa! Los dueños Marysol y Carlos muy amables y serviciales nos han explicado en qué consiste cada plato tradicional y nos han ayudado con las reestricciones alimentarias de algunos del grupo dándonos buenas opciones veganas y sin gluten. El mojito de cactus está increíble. Las vistas desde la terraza son presiosas. Recomendadísimo venir a comer aquí si visitas Masca pero recuerda reservar con antelación o probablemente no encuentres mesa.

What strikkede me the most was how friendly the staff was, the owner and his wine are extremely friendly and all staff also share the joy of working there.

If you are here for the food: Only one vegan "option" but staff very accommodating to make other items vegan by making it without the cheese. Lots of veggie options. No vegan desert when they went but they informed us they are making the apple cake vegan in a few months. It sounded like there were other vegans in the restaurant and I think the staff were surprised or not ready for the place to be vegan meccathat it could be.
Read moreIf you care about service: the place is boundaried in its approach e.g. they only have so many tables and the food and staff are not rushing around. The upshot is that it feels very relaxed and friendly, and the meal short(steep) walk down took exactly the two hours parking time you are allowed.

If you hate challenging drives or hights: it's not easy.

The home made lemonade is very delicious and refreshing on hot days.

Some vegan options, was nice, there is a vegan version of a local dish. Best from what we had was the fried mushrooms. Would be nice if they expnd the vegan options.

Cosy, delicious, and what a view!! - Edit
This is a very small restaurant with a spectacular view. The vibe is very cosy and just being there is a pure joy. They have a small vegetarian menu that can be adapted for vegans. Everything we ate was really good and the house wine was great too. We also bought some of their home grown avocados and they were the best we had and a great price too!

Read moreSehr freundliche Menschen die bei der Frage nach veganen Speisen sofort die Karte entsprechend erklären. Einige Speisen sind bereits vegan, bei anderen wird auf die Art der Veganisierung hinweisen.
Neben Papas und lecker frischen Salat mit Obstanteil, ist der Gofio zu empfehlen. Auch die Pilze waren toll.

The place is actually vegetarian, it offers only a few dishes but everything is good. The atmosphere is relaxed, stuff is nice, it is possible to buy souvenirs (sam jams & sauces) and the view from the toilet is unbeatable.

This little restaurant is slightly hard to find, set as it is on the hillside in the small village of Masca. However well worth seeking out. The owner is friendly and, even though we arrived when he was about to close, he enthusiastically fired up his tiny kitchen just for us and made us some delicious Canarian Poatatoes with homemade sauces and fresh vegetables. The view from the terrace overlooking the valley was beautiful and the price was extremely reasonable. Will definitely be visiting again.
