If you tell them beforehand they do everything to create menus for your needs. I went with my family who eat meat but they offered me vegan course which was amazing.

特にデザートとして出していただいた、植物性ゼラチンを使った苺とアーモンドミルクのパンナコッタ（だったかな？）が美味しすぎた、、、甘いものを断っていた私の脳に直撃🧠💥

Amazing vegan food (not on the menu, but chef was fantastic) - Edit
I was invited here by a customer. I wasn't that hopeful because it didn't look very vegan. The chef came out and explained he had studied Italian cooking at a vegetarian restaurant in Milan. He was very friendly and explained everything. He then brought out about 9 courses of one of the most amazing vegan meals I have ever had. This was a really fabulous place. Expensive, but the customer was paying!

Amazing food, some of the best Italian I have had anywhere in world. Plenty of choice, chef was happy to accommodate any preference. 4 veg options on a la carte menu
