Excellent food - Edit
Great vegan options. The vegan burrito bowl was delicious! It had fresh roasted vegetables, avocado, tomatoes, rice, beans, and could easily have fed 2. The homemade salsa and guacamole were excellent! Highly recommended!

Sooooo good! - Edit
Amazing, fresh, high quality Mexican food! Many vegan options that aren't just bell peppers and onions! We had great food and our omnivore friends loved their good as well. Kids had hood meals too.
Read morePros: Lots of vegan options, food is very fresh.
Cons: It's a food truck, so grab a shaded table!

Reliable and fresh! - Edit
Eduardo's has been my go-to for visits to Ocracoke, long before I was vegan. The veggie burrito without cheese & cream hits the spot, especially if you get some extra salsa for it. Their burritos travel well for the trips on the ferry.
