Limited lunch options - Edit
We stopped in for lunch and the only vegan lunch option was a pre packaged chickpea salad. They still have several interesting looking vegan breakfast options, but you have to get there before 11.

Cute coffee shop attached to the hotel. Friendly staff and multiple yummy vegan options. Vegan cheese available. I had the vegan sloppy joe, it was very good. Coffee is on the pricier side but with a free refill.

Multiple vegan options - Edit
We stayed at the attached Doubletree hotel and were happy to not only have EV charging, but also this coffee shop with some great vegan choices. We got a wrap and a muffin for the road. Both were great!

Not only do they have non dairy milk for coffee drinks but they also have very clearly labeled quick snacks like muffins and chia parfaits. They also serve prepared food too and I saw more vegan labeled options listed but the kitchen closes around 2. Definitely would go back!

I had their avocado toast, the vegan Ruben (made with beets), and the tofu scramble wrap. All three were very good, albeit a little high in terms of price. nothing is vegan by default but they are very happy to make swaps.

I ordered an ice chai latte with soy milk and a vegan violet dark chocolate muffin. So good!! Lots of other breakfast and lunch options that are vegan.
